Delete your LogicMaps account
Submit the email used for your account. You do not need the Android app to start this request.
Effective August 2, 2026
What happens next
- We send or request verification using the account email.
- We identify account-owned data and any records shared with an organization.
- We delete or de-identify personal data associated only with the account, normally within 30 days.
Shared business records, security records, legal records, and encrypted backups awaiting normal rotation may be retained for a limited period. Requesting deletion does not immediately interrupt access while verification is pending.
