Legal
Terms of service
These terms govern access to the LogicMaps mobile application, dispatcher workspace, websites, and related services.
Effective August 13, 2026
Using LogicMaps
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use LogicMaps only where you have authority to process routes, client details, locations, photos, documents, and other operational data. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Navigation and safety
Routes, ETAs, restrictions, road reports, offline data, and AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. LogicMaps does not replace road signs, site rules, legal restrictions, professional judgment, or safe driving. Do not interact with the application when it is unsafe or unlawful to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass limits or access controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape third-party map data, or use LogicMaps to track a person without authorization and legally required notice or consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LogicMaps the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions.
AI, OCR, and document processing
When you choose an AI-assisted, OCR, Scan, photo, document, gallery, voice, or assistant feature, you instruct LogicMaps to process the submitted material and to transmit the material, extracted text, and relevant operational context to external service providers as reasonably necessary to provide that feature. Standard document workflows may transmit complete files rather than locally extracted text.
You represent that you have the authority and any required consent to submit and process the content, including personal information about clients, employees, drivers, contacts, or other third parties. You must not submit information whose processing by LogicMaps or an external provider would violate law, contract, confidentiality duties, or your organization's policies.
AI and OCR outputs are probabilistic and may omit, misread, combine, invent, or incorrectly locate information. You are responsible for reviewing addresses, coordinates, restrictions, instructions, route changes, and other outputs before relying on them. LogicMaps may require explicit confirmation before an assistant changes a route, but confirmation does not make an inaccurate output correct.
AI-assisted features are decision-support tools only. They do not replace road signs, applicable laws, dispatch procedures, customer instructions, professional judgment, or safe driving. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for a safety-critical, legal, employment, financial, or emergency decision.
Third-party services
Maps, search, routing, authentication, hosting, AI processing, and other features may depend on third-party services. Their availability and terms can affect LogicMaps, and we are not responsible for third-party outages or independent practices.
Beta service and availability
Pre-release features may change, fail, or be discontinued. We may set usage limits, suspend abusive or risky activity, perform maintenance, or modify the service. Do not rely on beta software as the sole record of critical operations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, LogicMaps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinued service. We may update these terms and will post material changes with a new effective date.
